Yes, Jennifer will first assess your skill set with a comprehensive questionnaire. She will then work with you individually to create a priority list with action items to be accomplished weekly. She will assign you weekly "Homework" designed to move efficiently through each session to maximize your time with her. 

Depending on your skillset and what is needed to guide you on your Roadmap to success, you may benefit from a 2 month minimum or continue on and dive deeper into your business plan

In a group session setting , you create your group of colleges with a minimum of 4 other agents to a maximum of 10 total. Increasing the number of participants in a session may increase the amount of time for each session. Maximum time allotment is 75 minutes to allow for individual questions and discussion on "best practices". 

Absolutely! Jennifer will meet you at whatever place in your career you are at. She will customize based on what you indicate are your areas for improvement. 

Yes! Depending on group dynamics you may choose to work on certain skills weekly. For example if your group of colleagues are wanting to increase their skill set in the competitive Listing arena, Jennifer will help you develop those necessary skills needed to show your unique value proposition. Perhaps you want to increase your referral business but are struggling with how to do it. She can work with you on this as well. The options are wide open to discuss what will work best for your group. 

Your initial consultation with the group will be 15-30 minutes so we can determine a Roadmap for success. You will be given a short questionnaire to fill out and based on this your plan for the upcoming sessions will be created. 

This is understandable, and if you find yourself in this situation Jennifer will do her best to accommodate this for you.  There is a one month minimum in group sessions, so you can finish with your group and then transfer to an individual plan if you prefer. There is a minimum number necessary for group sessions,  so long as your departure from the group does not drop below this you can switch anytime you like. 

Depending on your needs, this falls into a customized plan criteria and would be based on the "Level-Up" program for success. 

With Jennifer Smock Coaching you will be provided with materials needed during our discussions. You will be given homework after each session to complete weekly and guidance on how to accomplish it in a timely manner.
