In 2004 my professional life was in transition. After 10 years in the fitness industry it was time to move on and push myself mentally and emotionally to get outside my comfort zone. Like most of my clients who have experienced transitions in life , I was nervous about the HOW?
How would I make this transition, create a new career and keep myself financially sound in the process.
“The How” was my Mindset
It became apparent to me early on in my Real Estate Career that the only way I was going to succeed in this highly competitive industry was to get on the other side of my fears. Fear of failure, Fear of Discomfort, Fear of Rejection.
Having a Value Added perspective
Gaining the confidence in what you do takes knowing your value. What is it about you that sets you apart from the others in your industry? Learning to articulate this in a manner that is authentic and genuine to who you are is essential.
My unique Value Proposition
Becoming a Trusted Real Estate Advisor to our community was strategic. Choosing to overcome my fears, to do the self evaluation and necessary work needed to advance in my career, was on purpose. Recently published in the Inman News as a trusted source in our industry and continually interviewing for local newspapers articles and magazines, I have reached a level in my career that affords me the experience and knowledge to help others achieve success in a unique way.
Today my role has transitioned from a successful Realtor to a Broker/C0-Owner of a large 3 office company in Coeur d Alene, Idaho that sold over a Billion dollars in Real Estate in 2021, and has far exceeded local industry production standards.
Creating and implementing “Master the Forms”, a Continuing Education course, designed to help new agents in the business understand the forms, and gain clarity.
What sets me apart from others?
Jennifer has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, An Associate Broker Designation, she is a Graduate of the GRI Program, earned a C2EX Certification from NAR, she is Core certified in the State of Idaho, and Has accomplished a Master Real Estate Coaching Certification . She is on the Executive committee for the Coeur d'Alene Regional Realtors and is a local State Director in Idaho. She is a Board Member for the Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce, and is Chair for the Special Events Committee. She stays informed on many aspects of the industry and is a trusted advisor and resource for numerous Non-Profits in the area. While Mastering the art of Public speaking in large group settings has given her a Unique competitive edge , so has her ability to create and present Local, State and National Real Estate data on a monthly basis to many organizations in and around her home community.
Who Am I Personally?
I am a wife, and a mom of 3 amazingly well balanced children. I love the outdoors, hunting, boat surfing, skiing, woodworking, painting, and my 3 dogs.
Life is at its best for me when I am challenged, being a creative resource for those around me and living my life on purpose with balance.
